I’m Cathy Nehme, a tax lawyer with a law degree, a master’s in tax law, and over 14 years of experience working exclusively with dentists. I’ve had the privilege of helping dental practice owners at every stage of their journey — from buying and building their first practice to optimizing operations, scaling for growth, and eventually selling for top dollar.
As a coach, educator, and trainer, I’ve spent years teaching dentists how to bridge the gap between being skilled clinicians and confident business owners. Until now, dental practice owners have had few accessible options for guidance on the business side of their practices. Many turn to expensive consultants or wade through advice that feels like a one-size-fits-all recipe — often pushing strategies that don’t align with their values.
